General Terms and Conditions - Subscriptions and Online Subscriptions

DEFINITION
3.1. KCI shall provide the subscriber, at least once per year, with a publication, with automatic renewal, unless otherwise cancelled. Subscriptions shall be payable in advance.
APPLICABILITY
3.2 All agreements, quotations, offers, and tenders concerning subscription are also subject to the General Terms and Conditions of KCI Publishing.
DURATION
3.3. Subscriptions always cover a period of 12 months, 24 months or 36 months.
CANCELLATION
3.4 Subscriptions shall be automatically renewed for a period of one year, at the subscription price then applicable, unless the subscriber requests cancellation in writing, taking into account the applicable period of notice. The period of notice will be at least three (3) months.
3.5 Each cancellation can occur only at the end of the subscription period.
3.6 If it concerns a subscription of an individual person, the subscription terminates on the date which KCI is notified of the person’s death. Refund of the unused portion of the subscription amount may occur, provided that it involves an amount of more than 25 euro.
3.7. All prices mentioned in publications apply exclusively to subscribers in specified continents, unless otherwise specifically mentioned.
PAYMENT
3.8 All subscriptions are subject to payment in advance.
ADDRESS CHANGE
3.9. Subscribers must notify KCI of both old and new address information within fourteen (14) days of the effective date.
3.10 Publications not received may be claimed up to a maximum of six (6) months following the publication date.
